Weekly Menu
You can create a menu using the automatic menu creation tool, selecting from suggestions, building your own meals, or a combination of all of these options. The printed version of the weekly menu is very similar to what you see using the planner. We invite you to
view the planner as a guest, and see the weekly menu on any of these
printable Plans. You can configure the menu (and the printout) to have, for example, only dinners, include exercise, etc.
Grocery Shopping List
When you'e ready to print, the planner combines all of the ingredients from all of the recipes and items you've added to your plan, and organizes them in store sections. You can configure the "on hand" feature to use things you may already havein your pantry, refrigerator or freezer, and you can also add anything else you might need.
Recipes
The recipes print very similarly to the way they display when you're
browsing recipes(of course the tools are not printed). Each recipe is scaled to the number of servings you've requested (by your default or over-ridden by you).
Remember that any recipe (ours, yours, community) can be put on your your meal plan.
