Diet Settings

To Lose Weight

You should not enter into a weight-loss program without consulting your health care provider. To set your diet to a weight-loss program, click the appropriate link below for your height below, or override Your Diet by entering the values recommended by your health care provided in the Your Diet boxes above (click the 'set manually' link).

Choose ONE member of your family whose diet you wish to track. Fill out this form to determine the calories and macro-nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates) they need to maintain their current weight (displayed at right). If they need to lose weight, use the weight loss table below. If you are configuring a diet for someone less than 4 feet tall, consult your health care provider and use the 'set manually' link in the 'Your Diet' box (at right) to set the values per your health care provider's recommendation.
