Chopped Salad

romaine lettuce, core removed and chopped
radishes, chopped
1/2 cup
cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup
carrot, shredded
1/4 cup
light italian salad dressing

  • Chop all ingredients finely, then toss with dressing.
  • If you aren't serving it immediately, don't add the dressing, and put the salad in a ziptop bag, squeeze out all the air, and put it in the coldest part of the refrigerator.
