water


  • Saute rice in olive oil just until it's completely covered and is translucent.
  • Slowly add water, then bring to a boil.
  • Immediately cover, and turn heat to low, then leave it alone for 20 minutes.

MelanieI made this with Mongolian Beef and ended up stirring the rice into the leftover sauce from the beef, and it was delicious!
